I have an old end unit rowhouse in Upper Fells Point that had a large crack in the brick extending from the 1st floor through the 2nd floor. Stinebaugh provided what I would consider to be a fair price to complete the work. The job came out looking great, and they ended up having some extra time on the contract which they used to replace a few bricks and patch at the front of the house. I plan to use Stinebaugh again in the fall to fix/replace exterior cracked brick as well as replace all four front window lintels.

Eric and his team did an amazing job repointing cracks throughout our stone house. They rebuilt a badly damaged and previously poorly repaired, repeatedly poorly repaired, portion of the wall outside the garage that now looks like new. They replaced a rusting and failing lintel over a diamond leaded glass window that is important to us and it looks amazing. You cannot tell at all where any of this work has been done, the house looks like new, you would never know where repairs have been done. The front path and stairs look new! Neighbors have stopped by to complement the work. Eric was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions about the process. It took a while to schedule, but that is because they do meticulous, perfectionist work. They are worth the wait! The prices are very fair also, particularly given the time, work, and skill level involved.

We were very pleased with Steinbaugh Masonry The owner Eric came out to meet us in the summer and told us the word give us a quote which he did by email. It was a small job and took only a day and a half. Our brick front porch is like new and will probably last another 40-50 years. The price was reasonable, and the work area was left clean. We now have a safe and gorgeous front porch again. Highly recommend!

Eric's company was extremely skilled, careful, professional and responsive from start to finish. We first contacted him upon recommendation of a trusted neighbor in Spring 2020, to address our apparently misaligned and possibly collapsing front marble steps. Our house is a large 1890 Baltimore rowhouse. Eric told us that it would be months before he could start our job, but he gave us a complete estimate for the repair and reconstruction work on our steps' support structure and assured us that he and his crew were experienced in just these sorts of jobs, showing us photos of several similar large marble jobs they had completed. Eric was true to his word, starting the job in early fall and finishing within a few weeks' time. The steps look fantastic! The support structure is firmly grounded, solid and completely level. Eric walked us through the selection of the sealing cement between the steps and the steps' finish and it turned out just as we'd hoped, matching the look and feel of the rest of the house's facade. The cost was exactly what Eric had projected. If I have one constructive comment, it is that the Stinebaugh crew could have taken more care with sealing off the basement openings under the steps before and during the work, as more dust and draft than expected found its way into our basement apartment. I recommend that anyone facing a similar situation be sure to give specific instructions to avoid the dust and draft. Otherwise , I give Stinebaugh Masonry the highest recommendation.

Wow! Our home was built in 1972 and is a brick rancher. This company did an outstanding job. They replaced what bricks were damaged and redid the wall. They even treated it to a wash that made the bricks match the originals. No one else could have done such an excellent job as the mortar color was one that was discontinued 15 years ago. Eric searched and found someone who had the color and matched our home completely. Jose did the work and was timely, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would recommend this company for any stone or brick work that you need done.
